Please note that this year we have a few limitations
- The registration deadline is already on 11 July 2022 because the hotel reservations have a short time limit and we need to have the exact number of guests for restaurant reservations.
- Reserving hotels in France is more difficult than in Germany. We already booked and paid some hotels and reserved others. Attached you find pre-filled booking forms for several hotels. Please use ONLY THESE FORMS to book and please make sure that you send your form to the right address, otherwise confusion and additional cost may ensue.
- Train connections from Germany to Epinal are not very good. With your registration, please tell us whether you are able to pick up and transport other guests or if you are looking for a pick-up.

* Guests are very welcome at all events marked with an asterisk (*).
** The costs for these program items are not yet finally known. If necessary, a pro rata payment from sales proceeds is possible.
*** Streaming and recording:
We plan to broadcast a live stream of both the general annual meeting and the workshop reports. However, you cannot cast your vote or take part in the discussion when attending that way. If all those present agree, videos recordings of the workshop reports will be made available after the event for future reference.
