AGK Annual Meeting 2021 in Karlsruhe

The left column of the map provides links to the individual venues. This year the map does not show any hotels because the event locations are relatively far from each other. If you zoom in on Karlsruhe it will be easier to see the various restaurants.

Sunday, 2021-09-26:
10:00: * Guided tour of the "Deutsches Musikautomatenmuseum", Schloss Bruchsal, 76646 Bruchsal
If you arrive by train: From Hauptbahnhof Karlsruhe (central station) take the S-Bahn 31 or 32 (direction Bruchsal), step off at Bruchsal Schlossgarten. A few minutes walking bring you to the museum. Please look up departure and arrival times in the electronic information system of the KVV (public transport provider).
If you arrive by car: Take the B3 (Bundesstraße) towards “Zentrum” and "Schloss". You can park your car in Schönbornstraße (3 parking lots plus roadside parking).
Afterwards: * A fare-well concludes the official programme at this point; you may continue to view the museum exhibition individually.

* Guests are very welcome at all events marked with an asterisk (*).

** Streaming and recording:

We plan to broadcast a live stream of both the general annual meeting and the workshop reports. However, you cannot cast your vote or take part in the discussion when attending that way. If all those present agree, videos recordings of the workshop reports will be made available after the event for future reference.

In case of rising Corona incidents and official bans on meetings:

Should it be impossible to hold a live meeting due to pandemic regulations we will make the general annual meeting a virtual event on Saturday 2021-09-25, 15:00. We will use the “Zoom” conference system. Voting will also be done in the conference system. If you want to participate but prefer not to give your vote online you can submit your votes to the items on the agenda by physical mail before the meeting. The same applies if you prefer to not attend the virtual meeting for any reason (or are not able to attend). The committee will decide about the way of meeting will be held by 2021-09-11 at latest.
