Cancellation policy

Right to cancel

You are entiteld to cancel this contract within 14 days, without giving a reason.

 The time limit for filing a cancellation is 14 days, starting on the day on which you or a representative you named has received the goods. The carrier is not considered a representative.

To exercise your right of cancellation you must notify us (Arbeitskreis Geschichte des Kartonmodellbaus (AGK) e.V., c/o Dr. Heiko Schinke, 06237 Leuna, Schulstr. 3, Fax: 03461-4415493, Email: schinke@kartonmodellbau.org) by submitting an unequivocal notice (e. g. a letter sent by postal service, a telefax or an e-mail) concerning your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the template given below, but you are not required to use it.

To keep the cancellation limit, thereby protecting your right to cancel, it is sufficient that you send your notice of cancellation before the time limit has expired.

Consequences of a cancellation

When you cancel the contract we shall return any payments concerning this contract we received from you, including shipping cost, but not any extra shipping cost that was caused by you in ordering a shipment method other than the cheapest way of shipment we offered. We shall do so immediately, but at latest 14 days after we recieved your cancellation notice. We shall return the payment by the same means of payment you used in the original contract payment, if we did not both agree explicitly upon a different means of payment. In no case we will charge any fees for the return payment. We are entitled to withold the return of the payment until we received the goods returned or until you sent us proof about the return shipment, whichever comes first.

You shall return the goods immediately, but at latest 14 days after you gave us notice about the cancellation, to this address: Arbeitskreis Geschichte des Kartonmodellbaus (AGK) e.V., c/o Dr. Heiko Schinke, 06237 Leuna, Schulstr. 3. To keep the time limit it is sufficient if you send the goods 14 days after giving us notice.

You shall bear the immediate cost for returning the goods.

You shall bear any decline of value only if this decline of value was caused by any handling that was not strictly necessary to examine the state, characteristics and function of the goods.
